To prepare you need to have some hands on experiend with BizTalk Server, so I would start by writing some BizTalk solutions that include pipelines, pipeline components, orchestrations, BAM, WCF, etc. And deploy and test these solutions. Also create release packages and deploy your solutions from an administrator&#039;s perspective. 

Go through the skills measured section http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-241&amp;locale=en-us#tab2 and study them from the BizTalk Server help files, blog posts and books.
Saravana has also written a preparation guide for the previous BizTalk exam, but his notes are still valid:
