PowerShell Provider 1.0 (Beta) released

After a couple of months of hard work (mainly in the evenings :-( ) we are very proud to announce the beta release of the PowerShell provider for BizTalk.

The setup (and source) can be downloaded from codeplex.

I hope BizTalk developers and administrators will find this a useful addition to their toolbox.

In the coming weeks we will provide more information on usage and show some tips.

    Hi Randal,

    This tool seems very promising.
I realy think that we have to get possibility to use the full set of commands to each BizTalk artifact.

    I mean a CRUD set.

    For example:
Orchestration: Create, Delete, Modify (Update), Enumerate (Read). Plus all specific BizTalk operation you also implemented (Start/Stop, Enlist/Unenlist).
Implementing the full CRUD set gives us the real management power.

      Hi Leonid,

Thanks for your comment. We will extend the functionality in future releases. The goal is to be able to do at least everything you can do in the BizTalk Administration console. So the full CRUD set will be supported.
