BizTalk version overview updated

I updated the BizTalk version overview table. The table now also shows BizTalk 2010 information. I also updated the corresponding PowerShell script.

Mainly for my own needs I moved the table to a place where I can easily find it. It is now a separate page accessible through the title bar of my blog. You can find it here.
